Type: International
Division: Division of Renewable Energy Sources
The main objective of the project was to determine the disposable resources of curative water in the Rudawa drainage basin (Krzeszowice region). A series of field works, including hydrogeological and sozological mapping, was carried out, water samples were collected for physicochemical and isotopic analysis, while geological supervision was performed during drilling of four exploratory boreholes with a depth of 180 m. In addition, the results of field works completed for hydrogeological modeling were summarized and analyzed.
A conceptual model and a prototype of the numerical model were developed.
The Mineral and Energy Economy Research Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences was the project leader.
