The due diligence report describes the most important issues for the buyer, i.e. relating to geological and mining assets, technical infrastructure, and environmental, formal, and legal aspects of the Kompania Węglowa S.A. The report presents the resources of individual coal mines in accordance with the JORC code and the Polish resource reporting system.

The Mineral and Energy Economy Research Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences was the project leader.
