It is funded by the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism (EEA FM) 2014-2021. It belongs to the &#8220;Environment, Energy and Climate Change&#8221; Program, the Area of \u200b\u200b&#8221;Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency and Energy Security&#8221;, bilateral cooperation<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consortium implementing the Project: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Mineral and Energy Economy Research Institute, Polish Academy of Sciences, Krak\u00f3w (Poland) \u2013 Project promoter<\/li>\n<li>National Energy Authority (Iceland) \u2013 Project donor partner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The aim of the Project<\/strong>: to build the capacity of key stakeholders in Poland in the area of geothermal energy by increasing their knowledge and skills in using and managing its resources, specially for the needs of low-emission heating.
