<\/p>\nDeliSoil is an EU-funded project that is developing solutions for the processing and recycling of side streams from the food industry while preventing environmental risks. The consortium is working to advance the EU Fertiliser Regulation’s goal of bringing safe and high-quality recycled fertiliser products to the market, while promoting the EU Mission \u2018Soil deal for Europe\u2019 as well as the EU Farm to Fork strategy on sustainable farming. Regional Living Labs and Lighthouses will be set up with stakeholders from across the food value chain. Innovative solutions will be tested and shared using side streams from various regionally important food processing industries like vegetables, meat, olive oil and wine.
