Moreover, project aims to develop solutions for the recovery of safe water, free from pathogens and micropollutants, with the right amount of nutrients.<\/p>\n<p>Reclaimed water can be used by local authorities and private entities for various purposes, like street cleaning, carwashes, fountains and pond recharge, recreational area watering, plant breeding, and, after proper treatment, also for domestic use or drinking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project Partners:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Chamber of Economy Polish Waterworks (Poland) &#8211; lead,<br \/>\n\u2022 Centrum Balticum Foundation (Finland),<br \/>\n\u2022 University of Latvia (Latvia),<br \/>\n\u2022 Mineral and Energy Economy Research Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences (Poland),<br \/>\n\u2022 Savonia University of Applied Sciences Ltd (Finland),<br \/>\n\u2022 Warsaw University of Technology (Poland),<br \/>\n\u2022 Sams\u00f8 Municipality (Denmark),<br \/>\n\u2022 Schwander (Poland),<br \/>\n\u2022 Municipal Water and Sewerage Company in Warsaw (Poland),<br \/>\n\u2022 Sams\u00f8 Wastewater Utility (Denmark),<br \/>\n\u2022 Jurmala Water Utility (Latvia),<br \/>\n\u2022 Siauliai Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts (Lithuania),<br \/>\n\u2022 VNK serviss, Ltd.
