A key topic will be the gender dimension in research\u2014defined as the analysis of how biological sex, as well as social and cultural factors, influence the formulation of research questions, the selection of methodologies, data collection, the interpretation of results, and the practical application of findings.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will also discuss the importance of diversity within research teams, the role of mentorship, the visibility of female experts, and the creation of a more open and supportive scientific environment. Through the collaboration with the DeliSoil project, the discussion will be contextualized within research on the circular economy and sustainable development.
